The Influence of Family Environment on Generation Z's Entrepreneurial Intention through Self-Efficacy

This study aims to determine the influence of family environment on entrepreneurial intention through selfefficacy in Generation Z. type research is quantitative with a population Z Pengangsalan Village as center songkok MSME industry, Lamongan Regency. data collection using questionnaires, number samples studied were 100 respondents criteria aged 18-25 years and did not have business. The analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). results showed that there was positive significant effect each related variable, namely intention, selfefficacy, self-efficacy selfefficacy.
